Neyrinck V-Mon Plug-in To Work With Pro Tools 11

Neyrinck-ProTools11-v-monAudio software company Neyrinck has announced that they will deliver two compatible 64-bit AAX (Avid Audio eXtension) DSP and AAX Native plug-ins in time for the Avid Pro Tools 11 release, including SoundCode LtRt Tools and monitoring plug-in V-Mon.

SoundCode LtRt Tools is a suite of Pro Tools plug-ins designed for post-production studios TV mixers, video game mixers and broadcasters that monitor or deliver stereo down-mixed and LtRt encoded audio.

Of probably greater interest to Synthtopia readers, V-Mon is an AAX DSP 64 surround monitoring plug-in system for Pro Tools HDX and HD Accel systems. It can handle multiple inputs and speaker feeds up to 7.1 and is compatible with the TAC Systems VMC-101 remote controller.

The upcoming version of Pro Tools provides improved AAX plug-in performance over prior versions, time-saving capabilities such as offline bounce to disk, and complete sound parity when sharing sessions between DSP-accelerated and native-based Pro Tools systems.

Synthtopia readers may already be familiar with Neyrinck for its V-Control Pro for iPad, one in a series of software tools for creating music, movies, TV and live shows.
