Polyend + Dreadbox Medusa Hybrid Synthesizer Review

In his latest Sonic Lab review, host Nick Batt takes a look at the Polyend + Dreadbox Medusa hybrid synthesizer.

Batt says that, while it may not offer the ‘sonic charisma’ of some of Dreadbox’s other gear, ‘it will inspire you’.

  1. Slightly quirky synth turns out to be slightly quirky!!! More power to them. We all know synths took a creative nosedive when they came with piano keyboards as standard. It’s good to think different

  2. Why did they put the pads on the left side, just being difficult for the sake of being difficult, I’d go for a smaller size too if they ever made one with the pads on the right.

    1. What’s the problem with this? If you’re a righty and focus on the pads, it’s he wrong way round and visa versa if you’re a lefty. Why not go with it trying to drag you out of your routine?
