The free Los Angeles Synth and Pedal Expo returns to the Echo Park neighborhood on September 28-29, 2019. In collaboration with local stores Analogue Haven, Noisebug and Truetone Music, the Expo returns to DAF Studios, with an expanded focus on Eurorack builders.
A large space at this year’s Expo will host the large-format synth companies, and another entire room will be dedicated to Eurorack module-makers. Analog Haven and Noisebug will be selling many of the products they stock at a discount for the occasion.
Several recently-announced instruments will be on hand at the LA Synth and Pedal Expo, including the new ASM Hydrasynth and the EarthQuaker Devices‘ Eurorack version of their Afterneath Reverb, making a sort of “west coast debut.” Tangible Instruments will also showcase the prototype of their new synth. The show will also feature a wide array of pedal manufacturers including EarthQuaker Devices, Red Panda, Meris and Chase Bliss Audio (among others), whose effects will be represented at the LA show.
The LA Synth & Pedal Expo happens this Saturday and Sunday, September 28-29, at DAF Studios, at 2234 W. Temple St near Echo Park. The Expo is free to attend, but the organizers ask that you RSVP at this link.
