Is UDO Audio introducing a new synthesizer?
UDO Audio, creators of the Super-6 Binaural Synthesizer, shared this teaser video for something that will be officially introduced at Superbooth 2021, scheduled for Sept 15-18, 2021 in Berlin.
Check it out and share your thoughts in the comments!
Looks like a desktop Super6 in white.
nailed it.
Hope that’s what it is. Will be glad I never found the cash to get the keyboard version.
Udo Super 6 seems kind hard to cut down to a desktop version without cutting corners?
Some modules are more successful than others. The sound remains good, but you tend to get fewer knobs when its made more compact. You can still engage it well if you’ve found your best controller.
Since the Super-6 unashamedly offers a WYSIWYG GUI, I’m curious to see if this is an Oberheimish/SEM situation or maybe a memory add-on with a proper OLED display. Or a fondue pot.
A new range of bed linen? UDO, U Dozing Off.
Haha. Snuggle bear flies through
did you ever see that commercial for the video game where they were shooting tank rounds at the snuggle bear when hes about to land on his towel? lots of explosions and at one point his ear is on fire
iirc they banned it for some reason
Yes, It was for Nintendo BattleTanx!
Distinctive Keytar shape.
Having some opinion on this, but i cannot tell you yet what it is.
You can expect some pros and cons in it.
Only so much it definately … bye!
ive always liked those style buttons
proper space age
so cool to see that UDO is making bed sheets now. hopefully with a nice embroidered logo on the corner. it will help me dream about owning their synths. 😉
Desktop or mini
I think just a white super 6 keyboard but a new synth would be great!
I think it’s going to be a module version. What I’d like to see is a five octave version with a dual engine that can support splits and layers. That would be a great no-compromise instrument that would be fantastic for live performers.
