Argentina-based developers Martin Grieco and Rocío Gal shared this sneak preview of Nopia, a MIDI controller that combines chord harmony, arpeggiator, looping and more.
The demo features a Nopia prototype. They say that the Nopia mk1 will be a MIDI generator with MIDI over USB, as well as multiple TRS or 5 pin MIDI outs.
Details are to come.
Check out the video and let us know what you think of the Nopia in the comments!
Beautiful controller, I hope this comes to market!
Yeah it is in the market, I already pre-ordered it from https://nopiamidi.com/. Tbh I’m really excited for it.
That link is hacked, I can’t open it
@Indystry: WE NEED A MIDI CONTROLLER WITH ENDLESS ENCODERS AND DISPLAYS BELOW THE ENCODERS TO SEE VALUES + PARAMETER NAMES!
looks like an AI did it.
Underrated comment.
When is this available to purchase ? and does this sip world wide ?
Great instrument! I hope it’s actually produced and available soon!
Off topic: I count 6 banner ads. Do you think you could afford a responsive layout for your page? ?
We had a mobile theme for years and mobile views didn’t generate any revenue compared to desktop views. We’re not that excited about doing the things you need to do if you want to chase after mobile revenue, just as we’re not that excited about doing the things you need to do to chase after video revenue.
Where is the pre-order/crowdfund page?
in a world of way too many midi controllers , this thing actually looks really cool, has some unique features. hoping it comes to production.
it looks like it was designed by wes anderson
