  1. What a difference a paint job makes. Perhaps the prettiest drum machine currently on the market in my opinion. An original design, all analog, and cheap….so tempting,

  2. When I saw the email preview about Arturia and a drum machine I got really excited. But when I saw this I got really disappointed.

  3. Why was the original spark hardware abanded? I still use mine it has a solid build and solid s and solid button and control knows. I would love to see a 16 pad standalone spark hardware controller.

    1. I fully agree. Still use mine regularly and always wonder why they don’t release an updated/upgraded standalone hardware version with accompanying software. With 2025 technology it would be an amazing machine.

  4. it looks beautiful, and I’m an enormous fan of the layout and workflow of the drumbrute… but I wish it sounded good lol. the biggest missed opportunity here is not updating anything sound-wise.

    1. Did the Impact not do well?
I know the OG bigger Drumbrute didn’t as it sounded really weak.
I thought the Impact did okay though.

  5. I love my Impact. I think they got a lot right with that product. They often do colour remakes later in the product’s lifecycle. I’m completely happy with the unit I have.

    1. Indeed. And there was a noir version about a year ago already so this is quite logical and actually looks good too! The one thing i really really miss on DBI is to be able to tamper with the kick transient and taking the kick out of the master bus via individual out leaves the internal distortion little to work with.
