Musikmesse 2011: The teasers are starting to come hot and heavy for the upcoming Frankfurt Musikmesse, which starts April 6th.

The latest is for the Dark Matter Audio Smart Audio Hub. We don’t know what a Smart Audio Hub is, so we’ll let Dark Matter Audio explain:

Introducing next generation technology for all musicians – from studio producer to the guitarist on stage, DMA1 is the Smart Audio Hub that knows no limits. It will have its first public unveiling at The Frankfurt Music Show 2011, we are in Hall 4.1 Stand D50.

It’s features are innovative, its capabilities are vast. The first product specifically designed to work in a 21st century environment. The landscape for the creative artist in a Studio, live or broadcast environment is about to leap into a new future.

So – here’s what we know about the Smart Audio Hub…

Features:

  • It’s compatible with all musicians;
  • The Smart Audio Hub that knows no limits;
  • It’s innovative;
  • It’s capabilities are vast;
  • It’s the first product designed to work in a 21st century environment; and
  • The landscape for the creative artist in a Studio, live or broadcast environment is about to leap into a new future.

Based on that, our guess is that the Smart Audio Hub is going to be a game changer. Also, they spent all their money on the prototype, so they had to take a picture of it with a pinhole camera. We’ll know more April 6th.

  1. It's a musical Tarids, a device that connects using a single USB cable to a computer, but inside it's a complete collection of every synth ever made.

  2. Do they mean change my losing game in to a winning game? Or from one game to another ? (Like Chess to Settlers of Catan)

    This game changing intrigues me. I'm possibly willing to spend an amount of currency for a product of some kind.
