AudioKit Pro has announced a new software synth for iOS, NERD Synth A2X, that they say is inspired by the sounds of the NORD Lead A1.

It features 64-voice polyphony, an arp, step sequencer & “that “cold’ VA sound that ruled the dance floors and stages.”

NERD Synth is not intended to be a software clone, but a new synth design, inspired by the sound of the A1, and with the knob-per-function control of the NL1 & NL2.
